He was overall confused by her actions. Staring with an odd mixture of confusion and fear for the expressions and noises she was making.
“… Something wrong?” Kasuka reached out and gave a light tug to her gown. She realized as the child take her dress, when you feel like the nausea gradually disappear. Take a deep breath before taking the little boy in his arms “I’m fine, do not worry ..” responds tidying up their tears
Nodding, he continued to cling lightly onto her gown. “… Sure?” he muttered, shifting to move forward until he was able to rest against her chest. “Is mommy sick…?”
“Really,” Shizuo said, holding his hand out for Kasuka to take. He was probably old enough to be able to cross the street on his own, but by now it was simply habit.
The crowds could get overwhelming, too; Shizuo just felt safer when he knew Kasuka was right there next to him.
Chuckling, Shizuo nodded and moved to the nearest crosswalk. “Whatever you wanna do, kiddo. Maybe Mom will let me keep you long enough for us to get dinner.”
Kasuka nodded, taking the older’s hand and following after as he lowered his gaze. The sun was still high up and bright, which made it perfect for them to be out well until later.
“I want to eat… at your place,” he admitted, slowly but surely sticking closer to Shizuo’s side. If he could remember correctly, he still preferred to hang out at the blonde’s place than at home. Just something about the man’s apartment spelled adventurous and interesting.
Nearing another crosswalk, he held a hand up to cover a yawn.

She felt his stomach churns as when I was pregnant with her two children, this made him panic as he felt the same nausea “Ugh ..” subject his stomach and placed one of his mnaos to avoid vomiting, began to mourn to feel the vomit come again and again. If she was pregnant, and would take their children their new sibling?

“… You are.. not in trouble?” As he would assume the older was still grounded from the last fiasco that occurred recently.
Shizuo stood back up and pressed his phone to his ear, waiting for their mother to pick up. It was later in the afternoon, so she probably wouldn’t be in her garden still. When it connected, he smiled down at Kasuka.
“Hey Mom, it’s me. Kasuka ran into me just a little bit ago, so the both of us are gonna go to the park. I’ll take care of him.”
He nodded as she said something to him, then said, “alright, I will. Bye.”
With that, he hung up and stuffed his phone back into his pocket, then reached out for Kasuka to take his hand.
“She said it was okay. What d’you wanna do first? Swings?” Now that Kasuka was six, though, he might not like being pushed in one. Ah, well, it was the thought that counted.
Keeping to himself so as not to disrupt the phone call, the younger of the two stood close to the blonde as he kept a hold onto his pant leg. Kasuka sighed, but in a more lighter air as the older sibling’s tone appeared evident with good news.
When the sound of the phone snapping shut, his attention return to that of Shizuo’s face. “… Really?” the slight form of a smile returned as he took his hand. “The swings..” he nodded. “… I want.. To go high.”

“Okay?”

Heh, Shizuo knew he’d get Kasuka’s attention with the promise of sweets. He smiled as his brother hugged him tighter, a silent sort of promise between the two of them.
“I’ll even get your favorite kind. How’s that? Cake and books.”
And maybe a milkshake if Kasuka behaved himself. Which was never really a problem for the kid, but a little encouragement never hurt, right?
The next request, however, had Shizuo’s smile fading. Not that he didn’t want to or didn’t have the time, but wasn’t Kasuka supposed to be with their mother?
“Well…” Shizuo pulled his phone out of his pocket. “Let me ask Mom first, okay? If she says yes, we can go to the park together.”
Cake and books? — If it were possible, Kasuka’s eyebrows would have raised higher. Not only was he able to spend some time with his sibling, but the promise of his favorites were only sweetening the deal. Literally.
Nodding, his ghost of a smile continued to linger. Already, he could just imagine the type of afternoon the two would have, and sure enough. It forced any thoughts of him being by himself the last couple of days, away.

However, his own smile disappeared at the mentioning of their mother. Not that it really bothered her when Kasuka went out — Though, always made sure he was reprimanded to stay close at least. He stubbornly knew it was alright if he stayed out just until late. But he suppose it couldn’t hurt for permission, as long as Shizuo was still there as promised. “… Okay,” he glanced down.
